`
`
`
`
`On July 21, 2020, PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC’s (“PersonalWeb”) filed a Motion for
`
`Protective Order seeking to limit discovery by Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon Web Services, Inc., and
`
`Twitch Interactive, Inc. (collectively, “Amazon”) at ECF 610. The disputed discovery request
`
`relates to Amazon’s objection to PersonalWeb’s evidence submitted in support of PersonalWeb’s
`
`opposition to Amazon’s Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Costs (ECF 593).

`
`Case 5:18-md-02834-BLF Document 619 Filed 07/29/20 Page 2 of 2
`
`
`
`Per PersonalWeb’s request, the Court held a case management conference on July 28, 2020.
`
`In that conference the Court informed the parties that in order for the Court to rule on Amazon’s
`
`objection to PersonalWeb’s opposition evidence (presented in Amazon’s Reply brief at ECF 612),
`
`the Court must first resolve the discovery dispute presented in PersonalWeb’s Motion for Protective
`
`Order. The Court set a further case management conference on July 30, 2020 to give counsel an
`
`opportunity to confer with their clients.
`
`On July 29, 2020, Amazon filed a notice withdrawing its arguments made in its Reply brief
`
`in support of the Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Costs (ECF 612) appearing at page/line 9:25-11:7.
`
`ECF 618. To be clear, Amazon has not waived any other rights.
`
`Accordingly, the Court VACATES the Further Case Management Conference set for July
`
`30, 2020. Further, in light of Amazon’s withdrawal of its objection to PersonalWeb’s evidence, the
`
`Court TERMINATES AS MOOT PersonalWeb’s Motion for Protective Order at ECF 610
`
`WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Court will hear arguments on Amazon’s Motion for Attorneys’ Fees
`
`and Costs on August 6, 2020, as scheduled.
`
`
`
`IT IS SO ORDERED.
`
`
`

`Dated: July 29, 2020
