`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE Plaintiff and Counterclaimant PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC
`(“PersonalWeb”) hereby moves this court to permanently remove from the record certain documents
`that were inadvertently filed, as follows: (i) Docket No. 550 in Case No. 5:18-md-02834 (“MDL”)
`and Docket No. 159 in Case No. 5:18-cv-00767 (“Amazon Case”) unredacted; and filed (ii) Docket
`No. 550-3 in the MDL and Docket No. 159-3 in the Amazon Case unsealed, both due to clerical error.
`PersonalWeb will file corrected pleadings imminently after the filing of this motion.
