`Amazon.com, Inc. and Amazon Web Services, Inc. (collectively, “Amazon”), Twitch

`Interactive, Inc. (“Twitch”), and PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC (“PersonalWeb”) stipulate as
`
`follows:
`
`WHEREAS, the deadline to complete expert discovery is currently September 27, 2019 (Dkt.
`
`
`374);
`
`WHEREAS, the parties have been working diligently to schedule expert depositions;
`WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to take expert depositions outside of the expert
`discovery period, including the following:

`BASED ON THE FOREGOING, THE PARTIES HEREBY STIPULATE as follows:
`1. Expert discovery shall be extended until the last date on which the parties complete expert
