`Following this Court’s Order at Dkt. 518, the parties met and conferred, and on
`
`September 9, 2019 submitted to the Court one remaining discovery dispute arising out of Dkt.
`
`503. The Court held a hearing on September 10, 2019. For the reasons set forth on the record,
`
`this Court ORDERS as follows:
`
`1. PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC’s request for Twitch Interactive, Inc.’s native
`
`QuickBook and NetSuite files is DENIED.
`
`2. PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC’s request for an additional 30(b)6 deposition
`
`regarding the contents of the “tech services costs” reports for the time period 2012-
`
`2016 is GRANTED. This 30b(6) deposition shall take place promptly and is
`
`limited to three hours on the record. The Parties are to meet and confer on the
`
`timing of this deposition.
