`Before the Court is PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC’s (“PersonalWeb”) Motion to Clarify or
`Supplement the Court’s August 16, 2019 Claim Construction Order (ECF No. 485), pursuant to the
`Court’s inherent authority or in the alternative Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(b).
`Having considered the Motion by PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC to clarify or supplement
`the Court’s claim construction order, the further briefing by the parties, and oral arguments thereto,
`IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT all relief requested by PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC in the
`motion to clarify is hereby GRANTED, and the Court hereby ORDERS as follows:
`The Court clarifies that it adopts Judge Gilstrap’s March 10, 2016 Order (PersonalWeb
`Techs., LLC v. IBM Corp., No. 6:12-cv-661-JRG, Dkt. No. 103) regarding “licensed” and unlicensed,”
`namely, that “licensed” is construed as “having valid rights to content” and “unlicensed” is
`construed as “invalid rights to content.”
