`[PROPOSED] ORDER
`Before the Court is PersonalWeb, LLC’s (“PersonalWeb”) Motion for Leave to Amend Its
`Infringement Contentions as to Amazon.Com, Inc. and Amazon Web Services, Inc. (collectively,
`“Amazon”) and Twitch Interactive, Inc. (“Twitch”).
`Having considered the motion, the supporting documents filed with the motion, the record
`herein, and argument of counsel heard on November 21, 2019, the court concludes that there is good
`cause to allow amendment of PersonalWeb’s infringement contentions and amendment of
`PersonalWeb’s infringement contentions will not unduly prejudice Amazon or Twitch,
`PersonalWeb’s Motion for Leave to Amend its Infringement Contentions is GRANTED and the
`Court hereby ORDERS:
`1. PersonalWeb serve amended infringement contentions according to Exhibit 1 of the
`Declaration of Wesley W. Monroe on Amazon within ten days of the date of this
`Order.
`2. PersonalWeb serve amended infringement contentions according to Exhibit 2 of the
`Declaration of Wesley W. Monroe on Twitch within ten days of the date of this
`Order.
