`PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC (“PersonalWeb”) and Amazon.com, Inc. and Amazon Web
`
`Services, Inc. (collectively “Amazon”) hereby stipulate and recite as follows:
`
`WHEREAS, on April 24, 2019, Amazon filed the Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings on
`
`Infringement Claims Against CloudFront (No. 18-md-2834, Dkt. 413) and associated Request for
`
`Judicial Notice re Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings on Infringement Claims Against CloudFront
`
`(No. 18-md-2834, Dkt. 414) (collectively, the “Motion”);
`
`WHEREAS, pursuant to the Local Rules, PersonalWeb’s Opposition and supporting papers to
`
`the Motion were due May 8, 2019, and Amazon’s Reply and supporting papers were due May 15,
`
`2019;
`
`WHEREAS, Amazon’s Motion is set for hearing on October 3, 2019;
`
`WHEREAS, the parties previously stipulated to continue the date for PersonalWeb’s
`
`Opposition to May 22, 2019 and Amazon’s Reply to June 12, 2019 and the Court entered an Order
`
`thereon. (Dkt. 424);
`
`WHEREAS, in light of numerous other pending matters and upcoming deadlines in this case,
`
`the parties have conferred and agreed to a further one-week extension, until May 29, 2019, of
`
`PersonalWeb’s deadline to file its Opposition to the Motion, and a corresponding one-week extension,
`
`until June 26, 2019, of Amazon’s deadline to file its Reply to PersonalWeb’s opposition;
`
`WHEREAS, the requested extensions will not alter the date of any event or any deadline
`
`already fixed by Court order;
`
`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by the parties as follows:
`
`The deadline for PersonalWeb to file its Opposition and supporting papers to the Motion shall
`
`be extended up to and until May 29, 2019 and the deadline for Amazon to file its Reply to
`
`PersonalWeb’s Opposition shall be extended up to and until June 26, 2019.
`
