`Pursuant to Civil L.R. 6-1 and 6-2, PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC; Level 3
`Communications, LLC; Amazon.com, Inc. and Amazon Web Services, Inc.; and Twitch
`Interactive, Inc. hereby stipulate and recite as follows:
`WHEREAS, the parties exchanged Proposed Terms for Construction on January 7, 2019
`pursuant to Patent. L.R. 4-1 and exchanged preliminary claim constructions and extrinsic evidence
`pursuant to Patent L.R. 4-2 on January 28, 2019;
`WHEREAS, the deadline for the parties to submit the joint claim construction and
`prehearing statement pursuant to Patent L.R. 4-3 is currently set for February 22, 2019;
`WHEREAS, the parties believe in good faith that additional time in which to confer
`regarding the parties’ respective proposals for claim construction is likely to narrow the number of
`claim construction disputes brought to the Court;
`WHEREAS, the current deadline for the opening claim construction brief is currently set
`for April 8, 2019;
`WHEREAS, the parties do not believe that the requested extension will affect the briefing
`schedule or any other deadline set by the Court;
`THE PARTIES HEREBY STIPULATE and jointly request that the deadline to submit the
`joint claim construction and prehearing statement pursuant to Patent L.R. 4-3 shall be extended to
`March 12, 2019, such that the deadlines for the claim construction process will be as shown in the
`table below.
