`[PROPOSED] ORDER
`On November 28, 2018, Amazon.com, Inc., and Amazon Web Services, Inc. (collectively,
`“Amazon”) filed a motion for summary judgment. On January 10, 2019, PersonalWeb
`Technologies, LLC, and Level 3 Communications, LLC (collectively, “PersonalWeb”) filed an
`administrative motion to file under seal the entirety of Exhibits 4, 12, 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, and 13E
`to the Declaration of Wesley Monroe (“Monroe Declaration”) in support of PersonalWeb’s
`opposition to Amazon’s motion for summary judgment (“Opposition Brief”). PersonalWeb’s
`administrative motion also requested sealing corresponding portions of the Opposition Brief that
`quote or summarize these exhibits.
`The declaration of Ravi R. Ranganath (“Ranganath Declaration”) in support of
`PersonalWeb’s administrative motion to file under seal supports sealing only portions of the material
`PersonalWeb requested be sealed. Updated versions of Exhibits 4, 12, 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, and
`13E to the Monroe Declaration and the corresponding portions of the Opposition Brief that
`summarize these exhibits were filed concurrently with the Ranganath Declaration. These updated
`documents have been newly redacted to conform with the Ranganath Declaration.
`Having considered PersonalWeb’s administrative motion to file under seal and the
`Ranganath Declaration, and good cause appearing, the administrative motion to file under seal is
`hereby GRANTED. The updated versions of Exhibits 4, 12, 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, and 13E to the
`Monroe Declaration and the corresponding portions of the Opposition Brief that summarize these
`exhibits, filed provisionally under seal, shall remain under seal as follows:
