`Amazon.com, Inc. and Amazon Web Services, Inc. (collectively, “Amazon”) and
`PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC and Level 3 Communications, LLC
`(collectively,
`“PersonalWeb”) hereby stipulate and recite as follows:
`WHEREAS, on January 9, 2019, PersonalWeb filed its Opposition to Amazon’s Motion for
`Summary Judgment on Declaratory Judgment Claims and Defenses Under the Claim Preclusion
`and Kessler Doctrine (No. 18-md-2834, Dkt. 334) and the Declaration of Wesley Monroe in support
`thereof (No. 18-md-2834, Dkt. 340) (collectively, the “Opposition”);
`WHEREAS PersonalWeb’s Opposition references or includes certain information
`designated by Amazon as confidential under the Protective Order (No. 18-md-2834, Dkt. 290) (the
`“designated material”);
`WHEREAS, in connection with its Opposition, PersonalWeb filed an Administrative
`Motion to File Under Seal (No. 18-md-2834, Dkt. 341) portions of the Opposition referring to or
`reflecting the designated material (the “Sealing Motion”);
`WHEREAS, under Local Rule 79-5(e)(1), within four days of filing of the Sealing Motion,
`or by January 14, 2019, Amazon is required to submit a responsive declaration establishing that the
`designated material is sealable;
`WHEREAS, Amazon has requested and PersonalWeb has agreed to a one-week extension,
`until January 21, 2019, of the deadline for Amazon to file its response to the Sealing Motion;
`WHEREAS, the requested extension will not alter the date of any event or any deadline
`already fixed by Court order;
`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by the parties as follows:
`Amazon’s deadline to submit its response to the Sealing Motion pursuant to Local Rule 79-
`5 shall be extended up to and until January 21, 2019.
`
