`Summary
`I've written code, designed ridiculously scalable application
`infrastructure and served soft-serve ice cream to the best of them
`(no, really... my first job ever was at Dairy Queen). While I'm not
`necessarily interested in a return to the food service industry, I've
`learned that a wide range of experience, brought to bear in the right
`ratios nets a phenomenal result.
`
`Much like putting a minty chewy dragée in a bottle of brand-name
`diet cola (brand names removed to protect the innocent, namely
`me), the genesis of the most interesting reactions are often difficult
`to see and quite unexpected. Managing that reaction and the energy
`created by it (people, process) becomes the art behind the science
`of how the technology actually works.
`
`I find that I'm at my best at the intersection of technology and
`business when I am able to bring seemingly innocuous and
`unrelated people, concepts and capabilities to bear to make massive
`impacts in teams, organizations, companies and the greater
`community at large.
