`The Joint Statement regarding Motion to Compel by PersonalWeb Technologies, LLC

`regarding Failure by Amazon.com, Inc., and Amazon Web Services, Inc., to Provide Discovery on

`proof made to the satisfaction of the court that the statement ought, in furtherance of justice, to be
`
`granted.

`IT IS ORDERED that the motion be, and hereby is, granted and that Amazon is ordered to:

`(a)
`
`present a 30(b)(6) witness on the indemnification topics noticed by PersonalWeb by
`
`not later than December 21, 2018 and furthermore that PersonalWeb can bring to the Court’s
`
`attention any issues that arise therefrom either during the deposition or within two (2) business
`
`days thereafter; and
`

`serve by December 18, 2018 its responses to PersonalWeb’s interrogatories and
`
`Requests for Admission that were served on December 7, 2018, and furthermore that

`PersonalWeb can bring to the Court’s attention any issues that arise therefrom either within
