`
`WHEREAS, on May 29, 2018, PersonalWeb filed a First Amended Complaint against
`
`Heroku (“First Amended Complaint”; Dkt. No. 34);
`
`WHEREAS, Heroku’s deadline to answer or otherwise respond to that First Amended

`
`PROOF OF SERVICE
`
`I am over the age of 18 and not a party to the within action. My business address is 777 S.
`Figueroa Street, 44th Floor Los Angeles, CA 90017-5844.
`
`On June 14, 2018:
`
`(BY ELECTRONIC MAIL) I caused such document(s) to be sent to the persons at the e-
`mail addresses listed above. I did not receive, within a reasonable time after the submission,
`any electronic message or other indication that the transmission was unsuccessful.
`
`x
`
`(BY CM/ECF) I caused such document(s) to be sent via electronic mail through the Case
`Management/Electronic File system with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of
`California.
`
`(MAIL) I am readily familiar with this firm's practice of collection and processing
`correspondence for mailing. Under that practice it would be deposited with the U.S. postal
`service on that same day in the ordinary course of business. I am aware that on motion of
`party served, service is presumed invalid if postal cancellation date or postage meter date is
`more than 1 day after date of deposit for mailing in affidavit.
`
`I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed on June
`14, 2018, at Los Angeles, California.
