`Plaintiff Finjan LLC, f/k/a Finjan, Inc., and Defendant SonicWall, Inc., file this stipulation and
`proposed order to request that the Court amend the caption for this case due to a name change of one of
`the parties. On July 31, 2020, Plaintiff Finjan, Inc. was converted from a Delaware Corporation to a
`Delaware Limited Liability Company. As a result, Plaintiff Finjan, Inc. changed its name to Finjan LLC.
`Accordingly, the parties stipulate and hereby request that the Court amend the caption for this lawsuit to
