`Defendant SonicWall Inc.’s (“SonicWall”) Motion to Compel Plaintiff Finjan, Inc.
`(“Finjan”) to Provide Further Supplemental Infringement Contentions (“Motion to Compel”),
`came on hearing on March 12, 2019, in the above entitled Court. After consideration of the
`pleadings and memoranda filed by the parties with respect to the Motion to Compel, the
`Declaration submitted in support thereof, and after hearing the arguments of counsel, good cause
`appearing, it is hereby ordered, adjudged, and decreed that SonicWall’s Motion to Compel is
`GRANTED.
`Finjan shall serve amended infringement contentions pursuant to Patent L.R. 3-1 and 3-2
`no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of this order.
