`
`
`Pursuant to Civil L.R. 6-2, Plaintiff Cisco Systems, Inc. (“Cisco”) and Defendant Arista
`Networks, Inc. (“Arista”) (collectively, “the Parties”) hereby jointly stipulate and agree, subject to
`the approval of the Court, to extend the deadline for the parties to submit their joint status report
`pursuant to Dkt. No. 35.
`WHEREAS, on March 6, 2018, the Court issued an order that the parties submit a joint status
`report on the status of International Trade Commission Investigation Nos. 337-TA-944 and 337-TA-
`945, and when the parties expect that the stay may be lifted or the case dismissed, by no later than
`March 23, 2018. (Dkt. No. 35.)
`WHEREAS, the parties are engaged in exchanging proposals on these issues, but despite the
`parties’ diligence have not completed that process. To allow the parties to complete that exchange
`and provide the Court with their joint status report, the parties jointly and respectfully request an
`extension of the deadline to submit the joint status report by one business day, to Monday, March 26,
`2018.
`
`WHEREAS counsel for Cisco has conferred with counsel for Arista and both parties support
`this extension, which will not affect any other deadlines in this case.
`NOW THEREFORE, the Parties hereby stipulate and request that the Court extend the
`deadline to file their joint status report to March 26, 2018.
`
`
`Dated: March 23, 2018
