`for judgment on the pleadings (Dkt. No. 58);

`WHEREAS the Court’s next available hearing date is November 5, 2021;

`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED that the briefing schedule set forth in Dkt.

`No. 53 should be VACATED, that the default briefing schedule set forth in the local rules will

`govern for Triller’s corrected motion, and that the motion should be set for hearing on November
