`
`
`
`This Stipulation is entered into between Lead Plaintiff Norfolk County Council as
`Administering Authority of the Norfolk Pension Fund and Defendants Apple Inc., Timothy D. Cook
`and Luca Maestri (collectively, the “Parties”) in the above-captioned action, by and through their
`undersigned counsel.
`WHEREAS, Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30(a)(2)(A)(i) provides that a party must obtain
`leave of court or a stipulation from the other parties before taking a deposition, if that deposition
`would result in more than ten depositions being taken by either plaintiffs or defendants;
`WHEREAS, the Parties have met and conferred and reached an agreement to expand the
`deposition limit, as set forth below;
`NOW, THEREFORE, it is stipulated and agreed among the undersigned Parties, and
`respectfully submitted for the Court’s approval as follows:
`1.
`The limit of ten depositions set forth in Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30(a)(2)(A)(i)
`shall be expanded to 20 depositions per side; and
`2.
`By entering into this Stipulation, the Parties do not concede the appropriateness of
`any specific deposition, and reserve all rights to object to any specific deposition, under Federal Rule
`of Civil Procedure 26(b)(2)(C) or otherwise, including on the grounds that such deposition would be
`cumulative, duplicative, or not proportional to the needs of the case.
