`And we understood that there was a schedule already built

`in for opening summary judgment motions, but if Your Honor

`changes, it that's fine, too.

`THE COURT: Yeah, I'm just going to be -- so your --

`the order from Docket 39 said three weeks from the -- from the

`conference, and so that would be three weeks from today. But
`
`it seems to me it's better that we run it from when you get my
`
`ruling on the pending motion.
`
`MR. WOLFF: Okay.

`THE COURT: All right?
`
`So two weeks from my order you'll file your opening motion
`
`for summary judgment.
`
`Then Qualys, you'll file an opposition, a -- it will be
`
`one brief. It's a joint opposition and cross-motion for
`
`summary judgment. We had previously said three weeks.
`
`Does that still work?
`
`MR. SMITH: Yes, Your Honor.
`
`THE COURT: And then I'll get plaintiff's reply in
`
`support of its motion combined with its opposition to the
`
`defendant's cross-motion. And we had put in three weeks.

`And then we'll have defendant's reply in support of its
