`

`
`FINJAN, LLC,
`
`Plaintiff,
`
`v.
`
`QUALYS INC.,
`
`Case No. 18-cv-07229-YGR (TSH)
`
`
`DISCOVERY ORDER
`
`Re: Dkt. No. 131
`
`
`
`
`
`Defendant.
`
`
`
`The parties have filed a joint discovery letter brief at ECF No. 131 concerning whether
`
`Finjan should have continued access to Qualys’s source code. The joint letter refers to, but does
`
`not provide, Qualys’s Patent L.R. 3-3, 3-4 Disclosures; Qualys’s October 1, 2020 supplemental
`
`interrogatory responses; and Qualys’s invalidity contentions (presumably this is the same thing as
`
`the Patent L.R. Disclosures). The Court orders the parties to file these documents today.1
`
`IT IS SO ORDERED.
`
`
`
`Dated: November 6, 2020
`
`
`
`
`
`THOMAS S. HIXSON
`United States Magistrate Judge
`
`
`1 Not having seen them, the Court expresses no view as to whether portions of these documents
`should be filed under seal. The Court leaves it to the parties to make any requests for sealing that
`might be appropriate, if any.
