`Before the Court is Defendant Qualys, Inc.’s (“Qualys”) Motion for Judgment on the
`Pleadings as to Claims V and VI, and Counterclaim Six.
`The Court, having considered the briefs and other documents in support of and in
`opposition to Qualys’ motion, hereby ORDERS that Qualys’s Motion is GRANTED. Judgment
`will be entered for Qualys on Claims V and VI of the Complaint, and on Qualys’s Sixth
`Counterclaim.
