`The Court has received and reviewed the parties’ joint discovery letter as to discovery
`disputes regarding foreign sales, compound interrogatories, and Finjan’s experts’ infringement
`reports from previous cases. (Dkt. No. 79.) The Court REFERS the discovery dispute to
`Magistrate Judge Sallie Kim for resolution of the issues raised in the brief.
`The parties will be advised of the date, time and place of any appearance by notice from
`Magistrate Judge Kim.
