`The court grants Defendant’s Motion to Compel Discovery.
`As to documents pertaining to previous legal proceedings, documents to be produced no later
`than 14 days from today’s date. No later than 7 days from today, Finjan to notice parties in cases
`who have not yet tendered consent that production has been entered by the court. Parties may
`seek relief from the court’s order.
`As to priority claims, Defendant must identify the specific limitations at issue in its remaining 24
`claims within 7 days. Plaintiff shall identify where in the parent applications priority is justified
`within 21 days.
`
`The court grants-in-part Plaintiff’s Second Motion to Compel Discovery.
`Plaintiff is permitted to take depositions of the 8 Blue Coat employees requested in its motion.
`Deposition hours will not be increased.
`The court denies Plaintiff’s request for response to Interrogatory No. 12.
`The court grants Plaintiff’s request for supplemental response to Request for Production No. 74.
