`Case 4:18-cv-07229-YGR Document 108-2 Filed 09/24/20 Page 2 of 2
`
`Defendant Qualys Inc.’s (“Qualys”) Renewed Administrative Motion to File Documents
`Under Seal was brought before this Court. Upon consideration of this motion and the supporting
`declaration of Christopher Mays filed in support thereof, the Court finds there to be good cause
`and compelling reasons for granting the request to file certain documents under seal.
`GOOD CAUSE and compelling reasons having been shown, the Court finds that:
`1.
`There exists overriding confidentiality interests that overcome the right of public
`access to the record of the following documents:
`
`Identification of Documents to be Sealed
`
`Finjan’s Exhibit 5 to Joint Discovery Statement (ECF 99-6 and 100-
`5), redacted portions at pp. 1-6, 8-20, 24-27, 29-31, 33-36, 38-44,
`47-95, 97-111.
`
`Entity That
`Designated the
`Information As
`Confidential
`Qualys
`
`Finjan’s Exhibit 8 to Joint Discovery Statement (ECF 99-8 and 100-
`8), redacted portions at pp. 1-22.
`
`Qualys
`
`A substantial probability exists that the overriding confidentiality interests will be
`2.
`prejudiced if the record is not sealed;
`
`3.
`
`4.
`
`The proposed sealing is narrowly tailored; and
`
`No less restrictive means exist to achieve these overriding interests.
`
`IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Qualys’s Renewed Administrative Motion to File
`Documents Under Seal is GRANTED with respect to the documents set forth above.
