`Pursuant to Civil Local Rules 7-11 and 11-5(a), plaintiffs Fisher-Price, Inc. and Mattel,
`
`Inc. hereby move the Court for an order permitting the withdrawal of its counsel of record, Karen
`
`L. Pascale and Pilar Gabrielle Kraman of Young, Conaway, Stargatt & Taylor LLP.
`
`Plaintiffs have engaged Andrews Kurth Kenyon LLP as its counsel going forward and
`
`Michael Zachary of that firm has already entered an appearance for Fisher-Price, Inc. and Mattel,
`
`Inc. in this action. All parties have been provided written notice of this withdrawal and
`
`substitution, and there are no objections.
`
`WHEREFORE, Fisher-Price, Inc. and Mattel, Inc. respectfully request that the Court enter
`
`an Order permitting withdrawal of counsel for plaintiffs, and updating the Court’s ECF system for
`
`this case by removing Karen L. Pascale and Pilar Gabrielle Kraman of Young, Conaway, Stargatt
`
`& Taylor LLP as counsel of record, and substituting Michael Zachary of Andrews Kurth Kenyon
`
`LLP as lead counsel for plaintiffs.
