`The designating party purports to possess overriding confidentiality interests that overcome
`the right of public access to the record of the identified portions of the (1) Plaintiff Lyft, Inc.’s
`Motion to Compel Discovery and Compliance with Local Patent Rules, (2) Exhibit 10 to Plaintiff
