`On March 28, 2022, Lyft, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) filed a Motion to Compel Discovery and
`
`Compliance with Local Patent Rules (“Motion”). Dkt. 75. Judge Freeman referred the Motion to
`
`the undersigned for disposition on March 29, 2022. Dkt. 81. The proper format for discovery
`
`disputes is set forth in the undersigned’s Civil and Discovery Referral Matters Standing Order
`
`(https://cand.uscourts.gov/wp-content/uploads/judges/van-keulen-
`
`svk/SVK_Civil_and_Discovery_Referral_Matters_Standing_Order_11-15-2021.pdf), which the
`
`Court modifies for this submission as set forth below:
`
`No later than April 6, 2022, Plaintiff is to file a five-page brief regarding the issues in
`
`dispute. The Parties are to meet and confer in-person, in accordance with the above standing
`
`order, and to prepare a joint chart that sets forth in columns the disputed request, the response
`
`thereto, the parties’ respective proposed compromises, and a blank column for the Court’s use. If
`
`the Parties are unable to resolve the disputes through their meet-and-confer efforts, no later than
`
`April 18, 2022, Defendant AGIS Software Development LLC must file a five-page brief in
`
`response to Plaintiff’s brief. Such response must include the final version of the joint chart as an
`
`exhibit.
`
`The Parties are reminded that the chart is a summary of the Parties’ positions, not a
`
