`
`
`
`UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
`
`NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA
`
`SAN JOSE DIVISION
`
`LYFT, INC.,
`
`Plaintiff,
`
`v.
`
`AGIS SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LLC,
`et al.,
`
`Defendants.
`
`Case No. 21-cv-04653-BLF
`
`
`ORDER VACATING DATES
`
`
`
`
`
`This case has been stayed since May 19, 2022, pending final decision of EPR and IPR
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`proceedings. See ECF No. 135. Although the Court left intact the trial schedule in hopes that
`
`PTAB proceedings would have concluded, that result has not occurred. Previously, in its case
`
`management order, the Court set the last day to hear dispositive motions for May 25, 2023. See
`
`ECF No. 59. As it is now within 35 days of May 25, 2023, and no motions have been filed, the
`
`hearing on dispositive motions is hereby VACATED. See Civil L.R. 7-2(a). Under these
`
`circumstances, the Court will also VACATE the trial and final pretrial conference dates. The
`
`Court will reset the case schedule when the stay is lifted.
`
`IT IS SO ORDERED.
`
`
`
`
`
`Dated: April 24, 2023
