`The Parties appeared before the undersigned on April 29, 2022. As stated at the hearing,
`
`the Court ORDERS as follows:
`
`• By 12 PM on Monday, May 2, 2022, AGIS Software will file a statement regarding the
`
`production of documents from AGIS, Inc. in the E.D. Texas and whether they were
`
`produced pursuant to a subpoena. The statement is not to exceed 3 pages and must be
`
`supported by evidence. Lyft has until 12 PM on Tuesday to file a response that is not to
`
`exceed 3 pages, which may also be supported by evidence.
`
`• By 12 PM on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, each party will file a statement regarding the
`
`timeframe for production of documents regarding AGIS Software’s communications with
`
`California Companies pursuant to Interrogatory no. 1. The statements are not to exceed
`
`two pages.
`
`Additionally, the Parties are to submit a proposed protective order for the undersigned’s
`
`signature reflecting the rulings made during the April 29, 2022 hearing.
`
