`The Court is in receipt of the Parties’ briefing regarding Plaintiff Lyft’s motion to compel
`
`discovery responses. Dkt. 88. Defendant AGIS Software complains, in part, that there is no
`
`protective order in place, citing, in particular, a dispute regarding Lyft’s in-house counsel’s access
`
`to Defendant’s production. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS as follows:
`
`1. The Parties are to meet and confer IMMEDIATELY, in person or by video
`
`conference, regarding a protective order. Discussions solely by email or telephone are
`
`not sufficient; and
`
`2. No later than April 28, 2022 submit to the undersigned either (1) an agreed upon
`
`protective order that conforms with this Court’s Civil and Discovery Referral Matters
`
`Standing Order (https://cand.uscourts.gov/wp-content/uploads/judges/van-keulen-
`
`svk/SVK_Civil_and_Discovery_Referral_Matters_Standing_Order_11-15-2021.pdf);
`
`or (2) an order setting forth the Parties’ disputed language as required by the standing
`
`order.
