`This Stipulation is entered into by and between the United States of America and Defendant
`Manish Lachwani (together, the “Parties”), by and through their respective counsel.
`1. The Parties stipulate and agree to a continuance of Defendant Lachwani’s surrender
`date from October 2, 2024, to October 18, 2024.
`2. Mr. Lachwani has a cracked molar that needs to be removed and the gum
`repaired. He has an appointment scheduled but a short additional time is required to complete the
`procedure.
`3. The parties agree that it is better for both Mr. Lachwani and the Bureau of Prisons
`for Mr. Lachwani to resolve this medical issue before he surrenders and at his own cost.
