`[PROPOSED] ORDER
`Plaintiff Finjan, Inc.’s Motion to (1) certify for interlocutory appeal this Court’s January 17,
`2020, Order entered at Dkt. 247, (2) stay the proceedings pending the resolution of that interlocutory
`appeal, and (3) permit Finjan to take limited discovery while the appeal is pending, came before this
`Court.
`Upon consideration of the Motion, argument, and papers filed in support of and opposition
`thereto, the Court finds good cause and compelling reasons to GRANT the Motion.
`This case, including all proceedings before the Special Master, shall be stayed and remain stayed
`until resolution of Plaintiff’s motion for interlocutory appeal.
`The parties shall submit a proposed schedule for limited discovery on the issues raised by the
`Motion within a seven (7) days.
`
