`TO THE HONORABLE COURT, ALL PARTIES AND THEIR COUNSEL OF RECORD:
`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT Non-Party Apple Inc. (“Apple”) continues to analyze
`the impact of the Court’s order [Dkt. 922] on competitively sensitive information of Apple and
`identify proper declarants. Also, counsel for Qualcomm informed Apple on April 6, 2023, that it
`may be submitting additional material designated confidential or highly confidential/AEO in
`connection with motion practice that Apple also will need to evaluate for sealing purposes. Thus,
`Apple will endeavor to file an omnibus motion to seal and supporting declaration(s) by April 21,
`2023.
