`NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Plaintiff Finjan LLC1 (“Finjan”) appeals to the United
`
`States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from the Order in the above-captioned case dated
`
`July 26, 2021 (D.I. 669), and also appeals all prior orders, judgments, and rulings entered in this
`
`action leading to, underlying, or subsumed within the Order, including but not necessarily limited
`
`to the following:
`
` Order of January 9, 2021 (D.I. 648);
`
` Order of January 9, 2021 (D.I. 649);
`
` Order of February 2, 2021 (D.I. 654); and
`
` Special Master’s Report and Recommendation (D.I. 658).
`
`Finjan’s Notice of Appeal covers all oral and written rulings relating to these issues, which
`
`include all related hearing transcripts, and all related oral and written arguments. Also noticed for
`
`appeal are any and all other determinations relating to the assessment of exceptionality for the
`
`present case under 35 U.S.C. § 285 and/or to the assessment that Finjan is liable to Juniper for
`
`attorney fees.
