`Case 3:17-cv-05659-WHA Document 476 Filed 05/15/19 Page 2 of 2
`
`
`
`Pursuant to the Court’s May 8, 2019 Order on Second Round of Early Motions for Summary
`
`Judgment and Motion to Strike and Order to Show Cause (Dkt. No. 459), Finjan, Inc. (“Finjan”) identifies the
`
`following remaining issues to be addressed in the October trial:
`
`Juniper Network, Inc.’s infringement and damages for the following patent claims:
` Claims 1, 15, and 41 of U.S. Patent No. 6,154,844;
` Claims 22 of U.S. Patent No. 7,613,926;
` Claims 1, 8, 14, and 19 of U.S. Patent No. 7,647,633;
` Claim 1 of U.S. Patent No. 8,141,154;
` Claims 10, 14, and 18 of U.S. Patent No. 8,677,494; and
` Claims 1 and 17 of U.S. Patent No. 7,418,731.
`Furthermore, Finjan respectfully requests that the Court reconsider moving the trial date one to four
`
`weeks earlier than the currently scheduled October 21, 2019 start of trial due to a client conflict in which
`
`Finjan has another trial scheduled in the Southern District of California. The October 21, 2019 trial date is
`
`highly prejudicial to Finjan because its corporate representatives and fact and expert witnesses cannot attend in
`
`person the trials in both this case and the case pending in the Southern District of California, which is
`
`scheduled to start on October 29, 2019. An earlier trial date here would also accommodate the Court’s
`
`expressed timeline for trial.
`
`
`Dated: May 15, 2019
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`Respectfully submitted,
