`
`
`Case 3:17-cv-05659-WHA Document 364-2 Filed 01/31/19 Page 2 of 2
`
`
`
`Plaintiff Finjan, Inc.’s (“Finjan”) Administrative Motion to File Documents Under Seal was
`
`brought before this Court. Upon consideration of this motion and the supporting declaration of Austin
`
`Manes filed in support of the motion, the Court finds there to be good cause and compelling reasons for
`
`granting the request to file certain documents under seal.
`
`GOOD CAUSE and compelling reasons having been shown, the Court finds that:
`1.
`
` There exist overriding confidentiality interests that have overcome the right of public
`
`access to the record of the following documents:
`
`Identification of Documents to be Sealed
`
`Plaintiff Finjan, Inc.’s Reply in Support of its Renewed
`Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law Pursuant to Fed. R.
`Civ. P. 50(b); Motion for New Trial under Fed. R. Civ. P. 59;
`and Motion for Certification for Immediate Appeal in the
`Alternative, at the following page:line numbers: 4:22-24; 5:3-
`4; and 6:17-18.
`
`Exhibits 2 and 5-7 to the Kastens Declaration filed in support
`of Plaintiff Finjan, Inc.’s Reply in Support of its Renewed
`Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law Pursuant to Fed. R.
`Civ. P. 50(b); Motion for New Trial under Fed. R. Civ. P. 59;
`and Motion for Certification for Immediate Appeal in the
`Alternative
`
`
`
`Entity that Designated the
`Information to be
`Confidential

`Juniper
`
`Juniper
`
`2.
`
`A substantial probability exists that the overriding confidentiality interests will be
`
`prejudiced if the record is not sealed;
`3.
`4.
`
`The proposed sealing is narrowly tailored; and
`
`No less restrictive means exist to achieve these overriding interests.
`
`IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Finjan’s Administrative Motion to File Documents Under
`
`Seal is GRANTED with respect to the documents set forth above. IT IS SO ORDERED.
