`
`Plaintiff Finjan, Inc.’s (“Finjan”) Renewed Motion for Judgement as a Matter of Law under Rule
`
`50(b), Motion for a New Trial under Rule 59, and Motion for Certification for Immediate Appeal in the
`
`Alternative was brought before the Court. Upon consideration of this motion and the pleadings and
`

`
`[Finjan’s Renewed Motion for Judgement as a Matter of Law is hereby GRANTED. Finjan
`
`presented overwhelming evidence that Juniper’s SRX Gateways with SkyATP and Sky ATP by itself

`
`reasonable jury could reach a verdict of non-infringement. The Court will enter a verdict of
`
`infringement as a matter of law under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 50(b).]
`
`/
`
`[Finjan’s Motion for a New Trial is hereby GRANTED. Finjan is entitled to a new trial on the

`
`issues.]

`[Finjan’s requested Certification for Immediate Interlocutory Appeal is hereby GRANTED. All
`
`final rulings and orders arising from the first showdown procedure regarding U.S. Patent Nos. 6,804,780
`
`and 8,677,494 are hereby certified for immediate appeal. The Court will issue an order staying the
`
`remainder of this case pending the outcome of any appeal.]
