`
`Juniper Networks, Inc. (“Juniper”) hereby respectfully requests permission, pursuant to the
`Court’s Jury Trial Guidelines and General Order No. 58, to bring the electronic equipment listed
`below into the courtroom on December 7, in advance of trial, and to use this equipment during
`trial. Juniper also respectfully requests permission to bring in other equipment such as rolling
`carts and a printer for use in breakout rooms that the parties have reserved during trial.
`Juniper understands from its communications with Finjan, Inc. (“Finjan”) that Finjan
`generally does not oppose Juniper’s request. See Ex. 1 at 4. However, for unexplained reasons,
`Finjan refused to enter into a stipulation. Ex. 1 at 1-2.
`The specific electronic devices and other equipment that Juniper seeks to bring into the
`courthouse are as follows:
`a. One Large projector
`b. One Large screen
`c. One MFP printer
`d. One Tech table
`e. One 21” monitor
`f. One 6-1 switch
`g. One 2x2 distribution amp
`h. Cabling, table skirt, and power cables for court set-up
`i. Two rolling library carts
`j. Two laptops
`Respectfully submitted on December 5, 2018.
