`FILE DAUBERT MOTIONS

`The Court has reviewed plaintiff Finjan, Inc.’s request to file Daubert motions and
`defendant Juniper Network, Inc.’s response thereto (Dkt. Nos. 221–23). Finjan’s request is
`GRANTED IN PART. Finjan is limited to one Daubert motion in connection with one of
`Juniper’s two expert reports.
`Finjan shall file its opening brief by NOVEMBER 12. Juniper shall file its opposition by
`NOVEMBER 19 AT NOON. Finjan shall file its reply by NOVEMBER 23 AT NOON. The hearing
`on Finjan’s Daubert motion is hereby set for NOVEMBER 29 AT 8:00 A.M. The opening and
`opposition briefs shall not exceed FIFTEEN PAGES each. The reply brief shall not exceed
`EIGHT PAGES. The parties’ attachments (e.g., declarations, exhibits) to their corresponding
`briefs shall not exceed FIFTY PAGES (this page limit does not include the expert reports).
`The Court notes that it will be disappointed if either party’s motion is not a true
`Daubert motion.
