`The Court has reviewed defendant Juniper Network, Inc.’s request to reconsider in part
`the order dated October 26 (Dkt. Nos. 213, 214). The request is GRANTED IN PART. The
`briefing schedule in connection with Juniper’s Daubert motion is as follows:
`Juniper shall file its opening brief by NOVEMBER 12.
`1.
`Finjan shall file its opposition by NOVEMBER 19 AT NOON.
`2.
`Juniper shall file its reply by NOVEMBER 23 AT NOON.
`3.
`The hearing on Juniper’s Daubert motion is hereby set for NOVEMBER 29 AT
`4.
`8:00 A.M.
`The Court recognizes that Juniper’s reply is due the Friday after Thanksgiving. This due date
`is deemed necessary, however, due to time constraints.
`The opening and opposition briefs shall not exceed FIFTEEN PAGES each. The reply
`brief shall not exceed EIGHT PAGES. The parties’ attachments (e.g., declarations, exhibits) to
