`Pursuant to the Court’s June 15, 2016 Order Staying Action (Dkt. 205), Plaintiff Core
`
`Wireless Licensing, S.a.r.l. (“Core Wireless”) and Defendant Apple Inc. (“Apple”) submit this
`
`joint status report.
`
`On June 15, 2016, the Court stayed this case “in its entirety pending the IPR
`
`proceedings.” Id. The status of these IPR proceedings is summarized below:
`1. U.S. Patent No. 7,693,552 (IPR2015-01902): The Board issued a Final Written
`
`Decision on January 27, 2017 cancelling all instituted claims. Claim 21 was
`
`challenged but not instituted. Any Request for Reconsideration is due February 27,
`
`2017. Notice of Appeal to the Federal Circuit is due March 27, 2017
`2. U.S. Patent No. 8,498,671 (IPR2015-01983): Briefing and oral argument is
`
`completed. Final Written Decision is expected by March 2, 2017.
`3. U.S. Patent No. 8,434,020: Briefing and oral argument is completed. Final Written
`
`Decision on LG Electronics, Inc.’s Petition (IPR2015-01984) and Apple’s Petition
`
`(IPR2015-01898) is expected by March 17, 2017.
`4. U.S. Patent No. 8,713,476: Briefing and oral argument is completed. Final Written
`
`Decision on LG Electronics, Inc.’s Petition (IPR2015-01985) and Apple’s Petition
`
`(IPR2015-01899) is expected by March 17, 2017.
