`Plaintiff Ancora Technologies, Inc. (“Ancora”) and Defendants TCT Mobile

`(US) Inc., Huizhou TCL Mobile Communications Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen TCL
`
`Creative Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. (collectively “TCL”) hereby stipulate,
`
`through their respective counsel of record, that all claims and counterclaims for
`
`relief that were asserted in the above-captioned actions be and hereby are dismissed
`
`with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii).
`
`Ancora and TCL shall each bear their own fees and costs in connection with
`
`this action.
