`
`Pursuant to the Order Granting Joint Motion to Stay (Dkt. No. 74), Plaintiff
`
`Ancora Technologies, Inc. (“Ancora”) and Defendants TCT Mobile (US) Inc.,
`
`Huizhou TCL Mobile Communications Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen TCL Creative
`
`Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. (collectively “TCL”) hereby submit this Joint Status
`
`Report.
`
`The parties have entered into a written Settlement Agreement. Pursuant to
`
`that Settlement Agreement, the parties sought, and the Patent Trial and Appeal
`
`Board (“Board”) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office granted, leave to file a
`
`joint motion to terminate the parallel inter partes review proceeding. Pursuant to
`
`that leave, on April 5, 2021, the Parties filed the Joint Motion to Terminate the inter
`
`partes review proceeding. At present, the Board has not issued an order on the
`
`Joint Motion to Terminate. The Parties anticipate submitting a stipulated dismissal
`
`of all claims in the instant case after the Board issues an order on the Joint Motion
`
`to Terminate.
`
`While the Board has not indicated when it will issue an order on the Joint
`
`Motion to Terminate, the Parties anticipate that the Board will do so within the next
`
`60 days. On that basis, the Parties seek to continue the stay of the instant case.
`
