`The Court has received and reviewed the parties’ Updated Joint Case Management
`Schedule (Docket No. 70) following the Court’s Final Ruling on Claim Construction mocket
`No. 69). After reviewing the parties’ filing and considering the case file, the Court finds that it
`can set the schedule in this matter without further oral presentation of counsel. Therefore,
`pursuant to C.D. Cal. L.R. 7-15, the Court takes the December 3, 2020 scheduling conference
`off-calendar and sets that following dates:
`
`1) Advice of counsel information — January 8, 2021
`2) Final amendments to infringement contentions — January 29, 2021
`3) Final amendments to invalidity contentions — February 26, 2021
`4) Status conference re Inter Partes Review — April 5, 2021 with a joint report filed on April 5
`5) Fact discovery cut-off — May 7, 2021
`6) Opening expert witness disclosure for party bearing burden of proof — June 4, 2021
`7) Rebuttal expert witness disclosures — July 2, 2021
`8) Close of expert discovery — August 6, 2021
`9) Post-mediation status conference August 16, 2021 at 8:30 am. with mediation completed by
`August 12
`10) Last day for Court to hear motions (other than motions in limine which will be heard at the
`pre-trial conference) — September 23, 2021
`11) Parties are to meet and discuss proposed opening trial filing materials (e.g. motions in
