`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between plaintiff,
`Uniloc 2017 LLC, (“Plaintiff”), and defendant, Infor, Inc., (“Defendant”), through
`their undersigned counsel, that Defendant may have a seven-day extension of time to
`timely file an answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint, served
`on October 10, 2019, see Dkt. No. 30, in the above-captioned action, up to and
`including October 31, 2019. Infor is working diligently to conduct its investigation
`and prepare its response to Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint. The requested seven-day
`extension will give Infor additional time to fully investigate those matters, and it will
`not prejudice any party.
