`Defendants’ counsel is located in Overland Park, Kansas, and to attend the
`hearing in person will require both air travel and an overnight stay on Monday,
`March 15, 2021. The issues set for hearing on the Court’s March 16th calendar are
`not evidentiary in nature and have been discussed with the Court during previous
`conferences, the Court has taken Ubisoft’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings
`under submission (see Dkt 67 and 99), and counsel respectfully submits that they
`the scheduling issues can be effectively and substantively addressed via Zoom. In
`addition, Defendants’ lead counsel, Michelle L. Marriott, will be in Marshall,
`Texas for a jury trial in another matter that is currently scheduled to begin on
`March 15, 2021. Holding the March 16, 2021 Scheduling Conference over Zoom
`will permit Ms. Marriott to attend if she is able, but would also allow other counsel
`of record with Erise IP, such as Mr. Clifford Brazen, to appear at the Scheduling
`Conference on behalf of Defendants. For all of these reasons, Defendants
`respectfully request that the Court hold the March 16, 2021 Scheduling Conference
`over Zoom.
`Counsel for Plaintiff Uniloc 2017 does not oppose this request.
