`Plaintiff Document Security Systems, Inc. (“DSS”) and Defendants Seoul
`Semiconductor Company Ltd. (“SSC”) and Seoul Semiconductor, Inc. (“SSI”)
`(collectively, “Seoul” or “Defendants”), by and through their respective counsel,
`hereby stipulate and agree as follows:
`WHEREAS, DSS electronically filed and served its Second Amended
`Complaint on November 16, 2017 (Docket No. 40);
`WHEREAS, pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 15(a)(3),
`Defendant is required to answer or otherwise plead in response to DSS’s Second
`Amended Complaint on or before November 30, 2016;
`WHEREAS, counsel for DSS and counsel for Seoul have agreed that in light
`of the Thanksgiving holiday, in order to provide Seoul with sufficient time to
`prepare a response, Seoul’s time to answer or otherwise respond to DSS’s Second
`Amended Complaint will be extended by four days, or up to and including
`December 4, 2017;
`WHEREAS, there have been no previous extensions to respond to the
`Second Amended Complaint, and the present extension is not sought for any
`improper purpose;
`THEREFORE, the parties hereby stipulate and respectfully request an order
`that the time for Seoul to answer or otherwise respond to the Second Amended
`Complaint shall be extended by four days to December 4, 2017.
