`[PROPOSED] ORDER
`The Court, having considered the parties’ Joint and Unopposed Motion to
`
`Continue the Hearing on Defendant’s Partial Motion to Dismiss and
`Corresponding Reply Brief, and the date to issue a Scheduling Order, and good
`cause appearing therefor, GRANTS the motion, and order as follows:
`
`The hearing on Defendant’s Partial Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. 27) is continued
`until July 17, 2023, at 1:30 PM.
`
`Defendant’s Reply on its Partial Motion to Dismiss is to be filed by July 3,
`2023.
`
`The date that the Court will issue a Scheduling Order pursuant to Federal
`Rule of Civil Procedure 16(b) establishing dates for completion of discovery, the
`filing of motions, pretrial conference, and trial in the above-entitled case, is
`continued to July 27, 2023. Accordingly, the deadline for an early meeting of
`counsel is continued until 21 days in advance of the new July 27, 2023 date, and
`the deadline to file a report of such meeting is continued until 14 days after such
`meeting of counsel.
