`Having considered the parties’ papers filed in connection with Defendant
`Hikvision USA, Inc.’s (“Hikvision’s”) Partial Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff Network-
`1 Technologies, Inc.’s (“Network-1’s”) Amended Complaint for patent
`infringement (Dkt. 25) pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) for
`failure to state a claim for: (1) indirect infringement of U.S. Patent No. 6,218,930
`(“’930 Patent”) and (2) willful infringement of the ’930 Patent, such further
`evidence and arguments of counsel for the parties in connection therewith, if any,
`and finding good cause therefore, this Court HEREBY GRANTS Hikvision’s
`motion in its entirety.
`IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Network-1’s claims for indirect
`infringement and for willful infringement are dismissed with prejudice.
`IT IS SO ORDERED.
