`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 11, 2024 at 8:30 a.m., Plaintiffs

`NantWorks LLC and Nant Holding IP, LLC (“NantWorks”) will move to strike
`
`Portions of the Expert Report of Dr. Nathaniel Polish Regarding Invalidity of Patents-
`
`in-Suit (“Polish Report,” and the motion, “Motion to Strike”). This motion is made
`
`pursuant to this Notice of NantWorks’ Motion to Strike, the concurrently filed
`
`Memorandum in Support of the Motion to Strike, the Declaration of Brice C. Lynch
`
`in Support of the Motion to Strike and Exhibits thereto, and [Proposed] Order
`
`Granting NantWorks’ Motion to Strike.

`This motion is made following the conference of counsel pursuant to L.R. 7-3,
